Moving & Handling People Conference offers different great value options for attending:

  • Two Day 22nd & 23rd February: £300 + VAT
  • One Day 22nd or 23rd February: £165 + VAT
  • Group Rate: Book three or more Two Day places to qualify for the discounted group rate and pay only £240 + VAT per person.
  • Student* Two day 22nd & 23rd February: £45 + VAT

* Please be aware that you may be asked to provide evidence of your student status before your order has been confirmed. Student tickets are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.

DLF wants to ensure delegates feel safe moving about the conference. The event will run in accordance to the current government guidance and restrictions and we will work closely with the venue to reduce any risks. DLF will also: 

  • Request proof of covid vaccination or a negative test result on arrival to the venue
  • Manage programme timetables to reduce the number of delegates in one area at a time
  • Encourage one way systems
  • Provide hand washing and sanitising facilities throughout the venue

By train:

Egham (EGH) station is just three miles from the venue, with connections to London Waterloo and Reading. Windsor & Eton Riverside (WNR) station and Windsor and Eton Central (WNC) station are also nearby.

By road:

De Vere Beaumont Estate is easily accessible from the M3, M4, and M25. Use the following navigation coordinates (51.449394, -0.575441) and postcode (SL4 2JJ) to find the venue. Parking is free for all guests.

By air:

The nearest airport is Heathrow Airport, which is six miles away, or 15 minutes by car. De Vere Beaumont Estate can easily be accessed to and from Heathrow by bus, car, or taxi.
