Until now it was not possible to wear head protection when bathing/showering, or for therapeutic purposes or water based leisure activities. Practice shows however, that also in these areas protection of the head is very important. Therefore the head protection HPA was solely designed for this area. Offering similar protection to the HP1 Standard but using soft to the touch materials that keep their protection properties even when wet. Various strap fixings are available The HPA has built-in anti-bacterial properties and is resistant to chemicals used in swimming pools and hydro-therapy pools. The HPA should be rinsed with clear water after being in these environments. Cleaning of the head protection is also no problem by hand washing, up to 30 degrees.
